1. The following prayer has been made in the application:-
"For the facts, reasons and circumstances as stated in the accompanying writ petition duly supported by an affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to correct the order dated 02.11.2015, passed by this Hon'ble Court by substituting the case crime No.81 in place of case crime No.60 in the memo of bail application, in the interest of justice."
2. None has appeared for the applicant to prosecute the application.
3. We have also considered that the application has been filed without any responsibility. As can be noticed from the extracted portion above, it has been stated that wrong crime number has been mentioned in the memo of bail application. The main petition, however, is a writ petition.
4. Be that as it may, considering the fact that none has appeared for the applicant to prosecute the case, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
