The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Additional Judge, Small Causes, Allahabad, before whom Appeal No. 121/2003 is pending, to decide the same expeditiously.
The said appeal has been filed by the respondent No. 2, and is pending since the year 2003.
Having regard to the said fact, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Court to make all endeavour to decide the appeal, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
