Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh after petitioner no.2 seeks appropriate relief against the FIR which was lodged against him.
