Counsel for respondents 2 to 7 submits that admitted dues of the petitioner has already been released in favour of the petitioner on 18.12.2021 and the said fact is reflected from the cheque issued by the respondents-authority.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also entitled for the interest on the delayed payment. However, he would avail alternative remedy available to the petitioner for the payment of said dues.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
