Exts.P3 to P6 are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2009-10 against which the petitioner filed Exts.P7 to P10 appeals along with Exts.P11 to P14 stay petitions. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent, revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner by Exts.P1 and P2. It is in this context, the writ petition is filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider Exts.P11 to P14 stay petitions within a period of one month from today and in the meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to Exts.P1 and P2 revenue recovery notices shall be kept in WP(C).14273/14 2 abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
