Order on C.M.Application No. 132120 of 2021 This application has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 13-09-2021.
Ms. Ayushi Shukla, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Arun Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the operative portion of the order dated 13-09-2021, while proceeding of Execution Case No. 09 of 2017 was stayed, but, inadvertently, it has been indicated that the case is pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge-I, Lucknow,whereas the case is currently pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge-8, Lucknow..
Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties does not any objection to the application, which is hereby allowed.
The order dated 13-09-2021, shall stand modified to indicate that the proceeding of Execution Case No. 09 of 2017, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge-8,Lucknow, shall remain stayed. This shall be read in continuation of the order dated 13-09-2021.
This matter shall not be treated as part heard or tied up this court.
List before the appropriate court.
