It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. T201305444150 of 2013 (Tulsi & others Vs. Vichandi & others) under Section 176 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kasya, District-Kushinagar shall be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
