Vibhabhai vs State

It has been pointed out to this Court by learned advocate Mr.Dipen Desai that the grant of bail in Criminal Misc. Application NO. 12996/2011 dated 30th September, 2011 and Criminal Misc. Application NO. 14569/2011 dated 25th November, 2011 is by this Court (Coram: Mr.Anant S.Dave) and not the trial Court.
