The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Case No.765/621 (Loknayak Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidhyalaya Vs. Rudreshwar) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.765/621 (Loknayak Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidhyalaya Vs. Rudreshwar) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
