1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the High School Certificate and Adhar Card. They got married on 06.12.2019 at Arya Samaj Mandir. The certificate issued has also been filed as annexure-3 to the petition.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
