The petitioner has filed this writ petition aggrieved with non-consideration of the application for scrutiny submitted by him.

2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submits that in fact a memo has been issued to the petitioner directing his presence for carrying out scrutiny. In such circumstances, the petitioner could, any day, appear before the University and seek for scrutiny of the answer papers as sought for in this writ petition.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
