JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the 1st respondent to restore the electricity connection bearing Consumer No.2671-6 to the petitioner.
2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Electricity Board that the department has not disconnected the electricity connection. It is apprehended that the landlord of the petitioner might have done some action to prevent the petitioner from using electricity.
3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that he is not the land owner, whereas his son is the land owner.
4. Since the dispute is between the petitioner and the landlord of the building, I do not think that this Court can issue any direction, as sought for.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
