When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Thirumalai, learned counsel for Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned counsel on record for the writ petitioner present. He states that he is withdrawing the Criminal Original petition and an endorsement to that effect has also been made in the Court records.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
