Expedited. Mr. P.C. Chaudhari, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of respondent no. 1.

Interim relief qua continuity of service is granted on condition that the respondent workman shall be reinstated in service within a period of thirty days from today.

It is however clarified that if no work is available with the petitioner, it shall be open to the petitioner to follow the due procedure in accordance with law.
