Heard Sri Phool Chandra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the caveator and Sri A.K. Sand, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 23.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 144 of 2018, under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 352, 504, 506, 302, 34 IPC and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932, PS Bankata, District Deoria.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
