1. Pursuant to the order passed on 19.9.2018, the proposed arbitrator has given his consent in terms of Section 1 (8) of the Act of 1996 to act as an arbitrator.
2. Accordingly, Mr. Justice O.P. Garg, a Former Judge of this Court, residing at E-48, Sector No. 39 Noida/ R/o H.No. 50, High Court Judges' Colony, Sector No. 105, Noida (Mobile No. 9818274126) is appointed as an arbitrator to enter upon the reference, and adjudicate the dispute in accordance with provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
3. The arbitrator shall be entitled to fees, in accordance with the provisions of fourth schedule inserted by Act No.3 of 2016. The expenses shall be borne equally by the parties.
4. The application under Section 1 of the Act thus, stands allowed.
