Since Mrs Raval waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service on behalf of respondent No.2, we treat these matters as ready as regards service.
After going through the materials on record, we permit the unit of the petitioners to start functioning for a trial run for six weeks from today. In the meantime, respondent No.1 - Gujarat Pollution Control Board will revisit the premises of the unit of the petitioners and see whether the unit has complied with all the formalities as required under the law and to submit a report within six weeks.
Let these matters appear on August 9, 2012. A copy of this order be served on respondent Gujarat Pollution Control Board. Direct service permitted.
