Learned advocate Mr.Kapadia submits that the premises of the respondent is closed but the address of the office of the respondent is the same. He seeks permission to serve the respondent through Registered Post A.D. Fresh notice to the respondent returnable on 28.8.2012. Service by registered post A.D. at the cost of the appellant is permitted over and above the regular mode of service.
