Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the address is the same which is shown in the cause title and residence of the respondent is closed and therefore the notice could not be served. The affidavit to this affect is also placed on record.
In view of the above, notice returnable on 17.10.2012. Notice is permitted to be served by affixing the same on the address shown in the cause title of the appeal.
