The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by Ext.P6 order passed by the United India Insurance Company Limited rejecting the claim of the petitioner's under the Gold Insurance Scheme.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents points out that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the additional third respondent and the writ petition is not maintainable.
3. The petitioner, in fact, approached before the additional third respondent in Ext.P7 produced along with I.A.No.13325 of 2014 raising his grievances.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the additional third respondent to consider and pass appropriate W.P.(C) No.24760 of 2014 2 orders on Ext.P7, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
