JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is working as Commercial Tax Inspector in the Commercial Tax Office. Petitioner approached the second respondent for issuance of No Objection Certificate to pursue three year LLB Course in the School of Indian Legal Thought in Mahatma Gandhi University. The second respondent has issued No Objection Certificate to the petitioner but not in the prescribed format. The certificate is produced as Ext.P3. According to the petitioner, it should be in the format of Ext.P2. 2. I am of the view, Ext.P3 sufficiently indicates no objection of the Government in petitioner pursuing the programme.
3. In view of the above, based on Ext.P3 the first respondent shall consider the application without insisting production of any No Objection Certificate in Ext.P2 format.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
