JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader states that during the pendency of the petition, the grievance of the petitioner stands remedied as all encroachments alleged to have been made by respondents 5 and 6 across the Odai poramboke comprised in S.Nos.5 and 6 of the Thandarai Village, Thirukoilur Taluk, Villupuram District, stands removed. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any instructions on this behalf.
2.We take the aforesaid statement on record. It will be the duty for the respondents to ensure that no re-encroachment is permitted and if any re-encroachment has occurred, to also remove the same.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 stands closed.
