Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Petition by stating that the order of this Court dated 23.08.2012 in W.P.No.22255 of 2012 has been complied with. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the above said submission and in view of the endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
