2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent has closed the case registered against the petitioner in Crime No.286 of 2015, as mistake of fact in R.C.S.No.7 of 2015 and the same was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Hosur on 30.05.2015.
