JUDGMENT / ORDER

In compliance with the order dated 23.11.2010, Notice was issued to the petitioner. Referring the Records and Proceedings, more particularly, the writ dated 25.11.2010, it appears that the said notice has been duly served on the petitioner-Venkatesh S. Iyer on 2.12.2010. So far as the respondents are concerned, learned Advocate Mr A.K. Dikshit appearing for learned Advocate Mr R.K. Mishra is present. It appears that the petitioner is not now interested to proceed with the matter and hence this Special Civil Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Notice is discharged.
