PRAYER in W.P. NO.22981 OF 2016: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring the proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act 1978 stood lapsed in so far as the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos. 16/1B and 35/1A6B Kurubarapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk & District are concerned and pass further orders.
PRAYER in W.P. NO.22982 OF 2016: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.
M.R 4/ 123/17-70/C2 dated 25.02.2014 and quash the same and pass further orders.
