THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri G.A. Srinkate Gowda, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent No.3.
3. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2, the same are heard finally.
4. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide Annexure-E dated 23.11.2018.
5. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners by a speaking order within a time frame.
6. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that suitable action shall be taken in accordance with law.
7. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
8. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of.
