2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.04.2017 in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017, the 3rd respondent has not demarcated the Cart Track.
5. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017 for demarcating Cart tract in accordance with law, after giving notice to respondents 4 and 5.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the earlier order passed on 04.04.2017, the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017, for demarcating the Cart tract on payment of necessary charges in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
