ORDER :
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 11-4-2014 in I.A.No.3665/2013 in O.P.No.1267/2011 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby he has condoned the delay of 34 days in filing the petition to set-aside order dated 23-7-2013 dismissing the O.P.
The Court below has considered the O.P. card and medical prescription showing that the respondent met with an accident resulting in fracture of his left foot.
In my opinion, the order of the lower Court is not liable for interference for two reasons, namely, (i) that the delay was condoned based on relevant material and (ii) that the delay is not substantial for interference with the discretion exercised by the lower Court.
For the above mentioned reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
