The acceptability or otherwise of the report of the handwriting expert is yet to be decided by the court below. It is premature for the petitioner to seek for forwarding the disputed document to another handwriting expert.

2. The report of the expert is only an opinion evidence which has to be appreciated in the light of other corroboratory evidence. The court below is justified in holding that the prayer of the petitioner to send the document to another expert cannot be considered at this stage.

There is no error of jurisdiction in the order impugned and the Original Petition is dismissed.
