ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of the first respondent in interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 7 with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.11.60 cents in Sy.No. 129 of Pottipadu village, Koilakuntla Mandal, Kurnool District.
This Court by order dated 15.11.2008 directed respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil disputes relating to the immovable property which is the subject matter of O.S.No. 103 of 2005 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Koilakuntla.
The second respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that neither the first respondent nor the second respondent summoned the petitioner or interfered with the civil disputes at any point of time. It is further stated that none of the unofficial respondents approached the official respondents making complaint against the petitioner as of now. The other allegations in the Writ Petition were denied.
In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is therefore closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
