This Criminal Petition is filed to modify the order dated 29/10/2011 passed by Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahbubabad in Crl.MP.No. 158 of 2011 in Crime No. 103 of 2011 of Mahbubabad Police Station registered for offences under section 498-A, 506 and 504 of IPC and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, directing the petitioner to deposit passport bearing No. A- 9851519 of the petitioner/A-1 in the court.
