This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 02-01-2014, passed by this Court in WP.No.39110 of 2013, by the respondent.
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions from the respondent, submitted that after this case was adjourned, the respondent has furnished all the information along with certified copies of the relevant documents to the petitioner on 09-09-2014.
As this submission is not controverted on behalf of the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed.
