It is stated in the counter that necessary steps have been taken in the year 2008 itself.
We, therefore, think that no cause survives in the writ petition and no order is required to be passed. We, however, observe that whatever steps have been taken by the respondents must be implemented forthwith, if not done.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
