HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11609 of 2014 ORDER:
The petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession and enjoyment of property to an extent of Ac.
2.82 cents in Survey Nos.514/2 and 514/3, situated at Chakradwarabandham Village, Rajanagaram (Rural) Mandal, H/o. Velugubanda, East Godavari District. The petitioner alleges that illegal transactions are taking place by unauthorized persons on the property owned by her. Having come to know that such illegal transactions are undertaken, the petitioner submitted representation to the Deputy Inspector General, Stamps and Registration, Sarpavaram, Kakinada, East Godavari District (4th respondent). The case of the petitioner is that even though the said representation was received on 24.02.2014, so far no orders are passed.
2. Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the Deputy Inspector General, Stamps and Registration, Sarpavaram, Kakinada, East Godavari District (4th respondent) to consider the said representation, dated 24.02.2014, and take appropriate action as warranted by law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
