JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenu - Nithiya, aged about 23 years. He has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her daughter Nithiya, was kidnapped by the third respondent. Though he lodged a complaint before the second respondent in this regard and a case has been registered for 'girl missing', no effective action was taken on his complaint. Hence, he is before this Court with this petition.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the detenu was produced before this Court. On enquiry, she has stated that she married the third respondent and the marriage took place at Marudhamalai Temple, Coimbatore and she has stated that she is not in the illegal custody of the third respondent or others.
3. Recording the said statement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
