No.13/2016 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Lingasaguru, Raichur was disposed of on 03.07.2018. The case status report confirms the same.
In view of the office note, this petition does not survive for consideration. Hence the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
