The instant application is forwarded by applicant - convict through jail seeking parole leave for 30 days on the ground of construction of his house. Considering the jail remarks sheet, it transpires that the conviction appeal preferred by the applicant - convict in this Court came to be dismissed on 2.9.2009. Despite this, he did not immediately surrender in jail, but he was required to be arrested on 7.1.2012 and then he was confined to jail. In above view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no interference is warranted in the order dated 7.5.2012 passed by the concerned District Magistrate. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
