Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Dubey for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 5.2.2018 issued by Branch Manager, UP Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank, respondent-2.
The aforesaid notice has been issued in compliance of the order dated 15.11.2017 passed in Writ C No. 53905 of 2017 as such it is not liable to be quashed.
However, petitioner claims that statement of account of his loan account be also supplied to him.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the Branch Manager, respondent-2 to supply the statement of account of loan account of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the Branch concerned.
