Heard learned counsel for the applicants and Mrs. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite party.
The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 13.01.2021 passed in Writ C No.26872 of 2021 (Veerpal And Others Vs. State of U.P. and others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is argued by Mrs. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite party that in compliance of the order of this Court, a decision dated 29.09.2021 has been passed by the opposite party, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is argued by Mrs. Anjali Upadhyay, learned counsel for the opposite party that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with and no further cause of action would remain survived and prays for dismissal of the present contempt application.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
In case, the applicant is still aggrieved with the decision of the opposite party, he has a liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
