Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

By means of this application the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner prays that a direction be given to the opposite party for payment of his post retiral dues. It is submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition he retired on 30.6.2011 attaining the age of superannuation but he has not been paid complete retiral dues, gratuity, provident fund, regular pension and other retiral dues except the leave encashment and insurance amount.

Learned counsel for the opposite prays for time to seek instructions.
