ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“..to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the 8th respondent herein as co-option member pursuant to the resolution No.5 dated 13.03.2013 of the 7th respondent herein i.e., Konteru Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Elamanchili Mandal, West Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction, non est and contrary to Rules framed under the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and Rules framed thereunder and consequently to set aside the same.”
The petitioner has filed WPMP No.39700 of 2014 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and WPMP No.39700 of 2014 stands allowed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 12.04.2013, shall stand vacated, and W.P.M.P.No.13678 of 2013 and W.V.M.P.No.2199 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
