THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.33387 of 2014 ORDER :
This Court passed an interim order on 06.11.2014 to consider the application of the petitioner by taking into consideration the certificate issued by the Indian Army which is equivalent to graduation Degree awarded by any recognized University. In pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner was subjected to selection process in the draw of lots conducted on 06.11.2014.
2. Learned Standing Counsel represents that in the selection conducted on 06.11.2014, the petitioner was not selected but one Ms. P.Dhana Lakshmi was selected.
3. In view of the above the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
