JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners challenge the order in I.A. No. 316/2010 in O.P. (Guardian) No. 43/2005 on the file of the Court of the District Judge of Palakkad. The said interlocutory application was filed to cancel the order in Original Petition (Guardian) No. 43/2005 on the file of the District Judge of Palakkad.
2. The Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the original petition after arguing for sometime. Permission is granted and the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
