JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 789 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their respective Aadhar Cards viz., 1. Veerakumar  330832656394, 2. Rajavelu  268455630503, 3. Anand - 24555055192, 4. Muniyappan  781257485988 and 5. R.Pothiyappan - 311941379102 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, the defacto complainant as well as the petitioners are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the defacto complainant dated 14.09.2017 is also filed to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 789 of 2014 on the file of 1st respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant shall form part of the order.
