In Re : Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.02 of 2021 Heard Sri Anoop Singh, counsel for petitioner/applicant and Standing Counsel representing respondent nos.1 to 3.
Present withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner through his counsel Sri Anoop Singh and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, with a prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn on the ground that the parties have already settled their dispute amicably out of the Court.
There is no oppose to the aforesaid application. Accordingly, present withdrawal application is allowed. Order on Petition In view of the order passed today on C.M. Withdrawal Application No.02 of 2021, whereby withdrawal application has been allowed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
