Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned AGA on instructions, apprises the Court that proclamation under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the applicant.
In that view of the matter and bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court in Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, the Court finds no justifiable ground to entertain the present petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
