In para 4 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated that in N.C.R. No. 50 of 2010, charge-sheet Nil/10 dated 13.05.2010, has been submitted. The said statement is vague and incomplete.
Learned A.G.A. is directed to file supplementary-counter affidavit within a week clarifying the said version indicating the name of the court in which the charge-sheet has been submitted and the copy of charge-sheet be also filed.
