Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 03.06.2018 registered as Case Crime No.326 of 2018, under Sections 411, 413 IPC and Section 41/102 Cr.P.C, P.S. Soron, District Kasganj.
A perusal of the first information report does disclose commission of cognizable offence and the complicity of the petitioner is stated to have come to light on the basis of the statements recorded during the course of investigation. The document at page 37 of the paper book also indicates that the petitioner is the one who remains to be arrested whereas other accused have already been arrested.
In view of the above, no case for interference is made out. The petition is dismissed.
