The revisionist - Veer Pal filed this revision against the judgement and order dated 27.03.1997 passed by the Judge Family Court, Bareilly in Criminal Misc. Case No. 843 of 1995 (Smt. Ram Shree Vs. Veer Pal), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Ijjat Nagar, District Barailly.
As per the law laid down by this Court, in the case of Jawahar Lal @ Jawahar Lal Jalaj Vs. The State of U.P. decided on 05.08.2015 passed in Case U/s 482/378/407 No. 1994 of 2011, this revision is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
The interim order, if any, is vacated.
